TU 4-Year Bachelor’s First-Year Regular Exam Schedule 2083

Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has published this examination schedule for the information of all concerned, as per the decision of the Central Examination Conducting Committee.

The regular examinations of the 4-year bachelor’s level first year under the annual examination system for 2083 will be conducted for students of Humanities, Faculty of Management, Institute of Science and Technology, Faculty of Education, and B.F.A. regular/partial programs as per the following schedule.

BBS 1st Year Regular Exam Schedule

Exam Time: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM

4-Year Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.)

Exam Time: 12:00 PM to 03:00 PM

4-Year Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.)

Exam Time: 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM

4-Year Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (B.A.)

Exam Time: 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM

4-Year Bachelor’s of Fine Arts (B.F.A.)

Exam Time: 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Special Notice Regarding Missed Examination Application Forms

As it has been understood that some examinees have missed filling out the examination application form as per this schedule, such examinees from the concerned campuses must fill out the examination application form with double fee from the date of publication of this notice and submit it through the campus after completing the required process by 2083 Ashar 15 to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, and the concerned Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations.

Note

1. No separate arrangement will be made for examinees who remain absent from the examination as per the above examination schedule.

2. Even if any unexpected holiday occurs, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from Tribhuvan University.

3. If any subject or paper to be taken by an examinee is missing from the examination schedule or overlaps with another paper, information about it must be given to this office within 7 days from the date of publication on the Website. Otherwise, the examination will be conducted as per this schedule.

4. For practical examinations, students should contact their respective campuses.

5. Examinees must bring the materials required for the examination, such as log tables, Goswara vouchers, graph paper, charts, etc., themselves and use them only after obtaining prior approval from the Centre Superintendent.

6. Within 1 month after the completion of the theoretical examination, the concerned campus must complete the practical and internal assessment examinations and compulsorily submit the obtained marks, answer books, and attendance records to this office.

7. Items prohibited in examinations, such as mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, and digital diaries, are not allowed inside the examination hall. Otherwise, the Centre Superintendent may confiscate such items.

8. As per the notice regarding filling out the examination application form, only the subjects prescribed by the rules and curriculum under Tribhuvan University must be filled in the examination application form, and students must take the examination only after confirming the course they are required to appear for. If otherwise, the campus or the student concerned will be responsible.

9. If an examination is taken from a centre other than the designated examination centre, that examination will be automatically cancelled.
