Note

1) No further arrangements will be made for the candidates who are absent from the examination as per the above examination schedule.

2) Even in case of any unexpected leave, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from Tribhuvan University.

3) If any subject or paper to be taken for the examination is missed in the examination schedule, the same must be informed to this office within 3 days from the date of publication on the website. Otherwise, the examination will be held as per this schedule.

4) Please contact your campus for the practical examination.

5) The candidates should bring the materials required for the examination, such as log tables, summary vouchers, graph papers, charts, etc., with the prior approval of the head of the center.

6) Within 1 month of the completion of the theoretical examination, the concerned campus should complete the practical and internal assessment examination and submit the marks obtained and attendance to this office.

7) Prohibited items such as mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth, digital diaries, etc. will not be allowed to be taken inside the examination building. Otherwise, the head of the center may confiscate such items.

8) According to the notice for filling the examination application form, only the subjects specified in the rules and syllabus under Tribhuvan University should be filled in the examination application form and the exam should be given only after confirming the course for which the exam is to be taken. If anything goes wrong, the campus or the student will be responsible.

9) If the exam is taken from a center other than the examination center, the exam will automatically be canceled.

10) The examination centers for the 3-year bachelor's level third year opportunity examination will be under the Regional Office of Nepal University and the examination centers will be published later.
