Tribhuvan University (TU), Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Dean's Office, Kirtipur, has extended the deadline for submitting online dissertation forms for the third semester of the Master of Philosophy–Doctor of Philosophy (MPhil-PhD) program.
According to the notice published on Kartik 10, 2083 BS (2083/07/10), the university has announced a revised submission schedule for students enrolled in the 2024 academic year under the semester system.
The previous deadline, which was set for Kartik 10, 2083 BS, has been extended.
Revised Deadlines and Form Submission Details
1. Online Form Submission with Regular Fees
Students can submit their online dissertation forms with the regular examination fee until 12:00 midnight on Kartik 26, 2083 BS.
2. Online Form Submission with Double Fees
Students who miss the regular deadline can submit their forms by paying double the regular fee.
The extended submission period with double fees will run from Kartik 27 to Kartik 29, 2083 BS, until 12:00 midnight.
3. Form Verification and Approval by Departments
The concerned departments must verify the online examination forms submitted by students using the User ID and Password provided by the Dean's Office.
The verification deadlines are as follows:

Forms submitted with regular fees: Verification must be completed by Kartik 27, 2083 BS.

Forms submitted with double fees: Verification must be completed by Kartik 30, 2083 BS.
4. Admit Card Availability
Candidates whose examination forms have been approved by the Dean's Office can obtain their admit cards online starting from Kartik 28, 2083 BS.
Admit cards will be available through the designated examination portal:

Students must use their own usernames and passwords to access and obtain their admit cards.
