Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited had issued 52,41,197 shares at the face value of Rs. 100 per share in the ratio of one share equal to zero point five (1: 0.5) right share for the existing shareholders till 2077-12-8.
Out of this, 48,04,313 shares have been distributed to 22,706 shareholders who have duly applied on 2078-2-18 by the Board of Directors of the issuing company.
In addition, in case of applicants applied for more shares than their rightful share, the amount of non-distribution of the right share will be transferred to the bank account of the concerned applicants through ISP from 2078-2-21.
