CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited issued an initial public offering (IPO) of 2.5 million units of Shares for the general public. The IPO Date scheduled from 2078 Biashakh 17 to Baishakh 21 (Early) till office hour.

Accordingly, the company will issue 25 lakh 18 thousand 230 Units of shares, i.e. Rs. 25 crore 18 lakh 23 thousand to the public. The issue and sale manager of the company is Sunrise Capital.
