Counseling for MBBS studies has started at Karnali Academy of Health Sciences (KAHS) Teaching Hospital. According to Nipendra Mahatka, registrar of the academy, counseling for MBBS has started from Sunday.
President Vidya Bhandari will arrive at AKarnali Academy of Health Sciences (KAHS) on Mangsir 26 to formally launch the MBBS Program. Registrar Mahat informed that President Bhandari would also lay the foundation stone of the multi-year project as a dream project of Karnali. Minister for Education Devendra Poudel and Minister for Health Virodh Khatiwada will also participate in the inauguration program.
Karnali Academy of Health Sciences (KAHS) has got permission to teach 20 seats in MBBS quota. This is the first time that a medical study is being conducted in Jumla, so it is considered very important.
