Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has allowed Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited to issue a primary share IPO to the public. SEBON has given permission to microfinance to issue an IPO on June 20. Microfinance has been allowed to issue 389,000 shares worth Rs 38.9 million.
NMB Capital is the manager of the share issue and sale of microfinance.
