Nepal Engineers' Association (NEA) Amended Election Program:

The election of the 33rd Central Executive Committee of the Nepal Engineers Association (NEA), the second Provincial Executive Committee of the same province, and the representative members of the Nepal Engineering Council will be held on 20 Chaitra 2077; Based on the request received by the Election Committee of NEA 32nd Executive Committee dated 2077 Falgun 21, the following second revised election schedule has been published for the information of all concerned.

Election Date: Friday, Baishakh 24, 2078 (May 07, 2021)

Election time: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Office hours of the Election Committee: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Office of the Election Committee: Engineer Bhawan, Lalitpur.

1) New membership application and membership renewal deadline:	2077 Chaitra 10, 5:00 p.m.
2) Preliminary Voter List Publication:	2076 Chaitra 16th
3) Deadline for voter members to declare themselves, i.e. to add names to the polling station where they want to vote:	Chaitra 18, 2077, by 5:00 p.m.
4) Protesting the claim on the preliminary voter list and correcting the erroneous names (within office hours):	Chaitra 17 to 15, 2077
5) Final Voter List Publication:	2077 Chaitra 20th
6) Distribution and Registration of Nomination Forms of Candidates:	Chaitra 2077 from 21st to 23rd (within office hours)
7) Investigation on the application of the candidate:	Chaitra 24 and 25, 2077
8) Publication of the first list of candidates:	Chaitra, 2077 BS
9) Claim protest against candidate's list:	Chaitra 27, 2077 (within office hours)
10) Withdraw of candidature:	From 24th to 29th of Chaitra 207 (within office hours)
11) Publication of final list of candidates:	Chaitra 30, 2077

Note:

(A) All concerned are informed to keep the office open even if there is a public holiday on the day of the above election schedule.

(B) Polling stations for the election shall be established in various places across the country as prescribed by the Election Committee Information regarding that will be published later.

(C) All election-related information will be published on www.neanepal.org.np
