This notice is due to the fact that the following police personnel have been absent from the office voluntarily since the following date, and have not come in contact with the office during the search and after completing the procedure as per (2) of Police Regulations, 2071, Rule 115.
You may come to this office with a satisfactory explanation of the reason for your absence within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice, otherwise, you are in violation of section 113 (1) of the Police Rules, 2071 A.
Since action will be taken to remove from service as per (b) (1) of Rule 109 of the Rules; For the purpose of Part 4 of Schedule 14 of the Police Rules, 2071, you have been informed that you have been given an opportunity to clean up by this collective information.
