Nepal Police Published Promotion List of Senior Sub Inspector, Senior Constable Head, Assistant Constable: The promotion process has started for the three lower-level posts added in the Nepal Police. The promotion process has been started for the additional posts with the conclusion that the morale of the officers has decreased due to the lack of promotion in the lower level of the police for a long time.
By amending the Rules-2071 BS, the posts of Assistant Constable, Constable, and Assistant Sub Inspector of Police have been created between the young and the constable, Senior Constable of Police and Inspector of Police, and Senior Deputy Inspector of Police.
A meeting of the promotion committee held on Thursday evening has recommended the promotion of 191 persons from the rank of Sub Inspector of Police to the rank of Senior Sub Inspector of Police, 1173 persons from the rank of Constable to the rank of Senior Constable, and 1752 persons from the rank of Police Assistant to the rank of Assistant Constable.
