Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) Transferred 5 Executive Directors:

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has transferred 5 executive directors. Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari has manipulated the responsibilities of those special level employees. The executive directors who have been manipulated in this way are Bhuvan Kandel, Pitamber Bhandari, Revati Nepal, Ramu Poudel, and Bishrut Thapa.

According to NRB, Bhuvan Kandel, who was earlier in the Internal Audit Department of NRB, has been transferred to the Payment Systems Department. Revati Nepal, who was in the Payment System Department, has been transferred to the Payment Currency Management Department.

Similarly, Bishrut Thapa, who was recently promoted to the executive director, has been sent to the Internal Audit Department. He was previously working in the Department of Currency Management.

Meanwhile, the executive directors of the finance company supervision and manpower management departments have shifted their responsibilities to each other. Earlier, Ramu Poudel, who was under the supervision of the finance company, has been sent to the Human Resources Management Department, while Pitamber Bhandari, who was under the supervision of the Human Resources Management Department, has been sent to the Finance Company.

Ramu Poudel and Bishrut Thapa have recently been promoted to executive directors. Bhuvan Kandel and Pitamber Bhandari have been in the same department for a long time. Revati Nepal was transferred to the payment system department only a few months ago.

The NRB Employees Service Regulations give the Governor the right to change the responsibilities of his employees at any time subject to the regulations. Using the same authority, the new governor has for the first time transferred those employees at the managerial level.
