Notice to Absent Police Personnel from Nepal Police Headquarters

The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs, has issued a notice to police personnel who have been absent from their duty voluntarily. The notice is published by the Secretariat of the Inspector General of Police, Legal Branch, located in Nepal Police Headquarters Naxal.

Reason for the Notice

The police personnel of a certain description have been absent from the office since a specific date and have not been in contact with the office despite conducting a search. As per the Police Regulation, 2071, Rule 115 (2), the office has completed the notice filing process and published this notice.

Appearing in the Office

The notice requires the absent police personnel to appear in the Nepal Police Head Office Naxal or the office issuing the notice within seven (7) days from the date of publication of the notice. They must provide a satisfactory explanation and reason for their absence; otherwise, they will be removed from service as per (b) (1) of Rule 109 of Police Regulations, 2071.

Consequence of Non-Appearance

If the absent police personnel do not provide a satisfactory explanation for their absence within seven days of publication of this notice, they will be removed from service for the offense of Clause (f) of Sub-rule (1) of Rule 113 of Police Regulations, 2071.

Opportunity to Clear

The collective notice serves as an opportunity for the absent police personnel to clear their position. The notice is published on 2079/12/10, and they must appear before the office within the given time frame.

By following the instructions of this notice, the absent police personnel can avoid the risk of losing their job.
