NTC Offers One Month Unlimited Free Voice Call for Health Workers:

Nepal Telecom has brought an offer called 'Thank You Health Worker' for the health workers including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists who are at the forefront of the epidemic of Covid-19.

The offer agreement was signed between Nepal Telecom and Nepal Medical Council (NMC), Nepal Nursing Council (NNC), Nepal Pharmacists Council (NPC), Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC), and Nepal Ayurvedic Council (NAC).

Under the offer, free voice calls will be provided for one month on Nepal Telecom's postpaid-prepaid SIM card in the name used by health workers across the country.

The company has stated that health workers will be able to make calls from their mobile numbers within the network of Nepal Telecom at any time free of cost. It is mentioned that the rental charge applicable as per the rules will remain in the postpaid mobile.

The company has stated that the offer will be made available to Nepal Telecom after the health-related councils (Nepal Medical Council, Nepal Nursing Council, Nepal Pharmacist Council, Nepal Health Professional Council, and Nepal Ayurvedic Council) provide the official letter with the list of health workers and mobile numbers in their letterhead.

The company has stated that the health workers who do not have the company's SIM card in their name should provide the name and details of the health worker to Nepal Telecom by mentioning the name and details of the health worker on the official letterhead of the concerned council.

Apart from this, it is stated that the free SIM can be obtained immediately from the nearest counter of Nepal Telecom by filling the form for the new SIM on the basis of the identity card of the concerned council of health workers. The new SIM will be included in the offer. The company has stated that this offer under corporate social responsibility may be added according to the epidemic situation.
