School Level New Academic Session 2078 to be completed in 10 Months:
The new academic session has to be completed in 10 months. The next school-level academic session of 2078 BS has to be managed in that period.
The government has decided to end the academic session within 10 months in order to manage the educational session in a timely manner. According, the academic session of 2078 BS will start on 1st Ashad 2078 and will be completed by end of the Chaitra 2078 of the same year. Ganesh Poudel, director of the Education and Human Resource Development Center, informed that the government has decided to complete the next academic session in 10 months as per the preparations for the academic session.
Director Poudel said that the detailed plan of how to complete the academic session will be made public before 1st Ashad 2078. Accordingly, the students will not be able to complete the prescribed course in the coming academic session. The government has a plan to reduce the curriculum to the prescribed format and complete the course within a month. The government has a plan to arrange some vacations while completing the academic session in Chaitra.
After the completion of the academic session in Chaitra of 2078 BS, the academic session of 2079 BS will start from Baishakh and will be completed in Chait. It is said that the academic session spoiled by Corona will be reconciled within the year 2079 BS and after that, the academic session will move forward regularly.
