Tribhuvan University Ready to Open 500 Vacancies for Assistant Professors:
Tribhuvan University (TU) will soon be filling the post of Assistant Professor through open competition. The process of filling the vacancies through open competition will be started within a month to open the door for skilled and capable manpower in the university.
Prof. Dr. Dharmakanta Banskota, Vice-Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, said, “The process has been taken forward for more than 500 posts of Assistant Professors. All this will be resolved within a month. He informed that with the start of the open competition for associate professors, the way will be opened for the promotion of associate professors and professors.
Talking about the necessary improvements in the examination system of the university, Vice-Chancellor Banskota said,”
He said that the posts would be filled even after exchanging posts in some areas, adding that the final phase of recruitment was underway. In addition to this, work is being done to collect the posts of part-time professors working in the university.
Now, it has been stated that advertisements will be made on the basis of open competition every year on the basis of vacancies in the university.
