Agricultural Development Bank Upgrades Support-Level Employees
Agricultural Development Bank Limited, Human Resource Management Department, Head Office, Kathmandu, has published a notice regarding the level upgrade of support-level employees.
According to the notice published on Baisakh 16, 2083 BS, the level upgrade has been made as per the provision of Sub-Regulation 18 of Regulation 3 under Chapter 2 of the bank’s Employee Service Regulations, 2062 BS, and Schedule 1(A) of the regulations.
Applications for level upgrade had been invited through the bank’s notice published on 2082/11/01 BS from level-less support employees who had completed the required service period for level upgrade and had become eligible by the end of Ashadh 2082 BS.
The bank stated that the employees have been upgraded on the recommendation of the Recruitment Committee, effective from the date of publication of the notice, as they were also recommended for level upgrade by the concerned offices due to satisfactory work performance.
