The aforementioned vacancies arose due to resignations and the inability of selected candidates to accept the roles for which they were chosen. These positions had previously been advertised as per the budget and program arrangements approved for the year 2078/79. To ensure a seamless work environment and to maintain the bank's operational efficiency, these posts were deemed essential and thus have been filled at ADBL.

As cited in Article 2, Regulation 7, Sub-Regulation (4) of the Employees' Service Regulations, 2062, the Recruitment Committee, on 06/05/2080, has decided on the final list of candidates. This list has been prepared considering the merits, priority, appointment costs, and other relevant factors.

Candidates who have been shortlisted and recommended for the positions should adhere to the following:
- Provide 4 recent passport-size photographs.
- Submit a health certificate dated 2080/06/12.
- Reach out to the Bank's Manpower Management Department located at the Head Office, Ramshahpath, Kathmandu for further proceedings.
