The shares issued by Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Limited have been distributed (IPO Result / IPO Allotment) on 17th June 2022, Friday. The shares were distributed at the office of Sanima Capital, the company's share issue and sale manager.
The IPO of the company had received 17 lakh 91 thousand 895 applications. Of them, 2 thousand 738 applications have been rejected. Accordingly, 17 lakh 89 thousand 157 eligible applications have been received.
As more applications were received for the shares of the company than the demand, the shares have been distributed at the rate of at least 10 units through a lucky draw as per the SEBON Issuance and Distribution Directive. While distributing shares at the rate of minimum 10 units, only one lakh 36 thousand 500 people have received 10 lots of shares.
The company had issued 1.5 million ordinary shares with a face value of Rs 100 per share.
Out of that, 4 percent or 60,000 shares have been reserved for the employees and 5 percent or 75,000 shares have been distributed in the collective investment fund. Only the remaining 1.365 million shares have been distributed to the public.
