The IPO issued by Emerging Nepal Limited to the public has been distributed / IPO Result published. NIC Asia Capital, the issuer and sales manager of the IPO company, which was issued by the company on Magh 26 to Falgun 31, has distributed the shares in Carnival Restaurant, Anamnagar.
In the IPO of Emerging Nepal Limited, 2,331,258 applicants had applied for 2,64,30,330 shares worth Rs 2.64 billion. Out of the total applicants, 2 thousand 552 applications have been rejected. Accordingly, 26.4 million 1 thousand 970 shares have been demanded from 23 lakh 28 thousand 206 eligible applicants. This is 51.15 times more than the shares issued by the company to the public.
As more applications were received for the shares of the company than the demand, the shares have been distributed at the rate of at least 10 units through round-robin as per the Securities Issuance and Distribution Directive. Accordingly, 51,670 of the eligible applicants for the company's IPO have distributed 516,700 shares at the rate of at least 10 units.
The remaining 8 lots of shares have been distributed in this way and out of the same lots, 20 lots have been distributed to 8 applicants at the rate of one lot each. Accordingly, the applicant who gets maximum shares has got up to 11 shares.
Out of the total 555,000 shares issued by the Emerging Nepal Limited, 2 percent or 11,112 shares were secured for the employees and 5 percent or 27,780 shares for the collective investment funds were secured and the remaining 516,708 shares were opened for sale to the public.
At present, the paid-up capital of the Emerging Nepal Limitedis Rs. 504 million. The paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs. 555.6 million after the IPO allotment.
