PSC Publishes Notices on Recommendation, Interview List, and Exam Cancellation
The Public Service Commission (PSC), Central Office, Kamalpokhari, has published notices related to recommendation, cancellation of appointment recommendation, removal of names from the interview list, and cancellation of a candidate’s examination with action.
The Commission stated that the notices have also been published on its website, the notice board of the concerned office, and in the notice bulletin dated 2083/02/06.

Notice on Cancellation of Appointment Recommendation
The Interview and Recommendation Section published Notice No. 2215/082-83, dated 2083/01/31, regarding the cancellation of an appointment recommendation.
The notice states that, under Advertisement No. 17260/081-82 (Open) of the Central Office, Ramkumar Sah had been recommended for permanent appointment to the post of Senior Clinical Psychologist, Ninth Level, Psychology Subgroup, Miscellaneous Group, Nepal Health Service.
Following an investigation into a complaint filed against him, the Commission stated that his experience was found insufficient as per Rule 15, Sub-rule (3) of the Nepal Health Service Rules, 2055.
The Commission stated that, in accordance with Section 38, Sub-section (3) of the Public Service Commission Act, 2079, a decision was made on 2083/01/29 to cancel his application, examination, interview, and appointment recommendation, and to write to the Ministry of Health and Population for necessary action as per prevailing law.

Through Notice No. 2216/082-83, dated 2083/02/01, candidate Simsan Shrestha has been removed from the interview list.
