Public Service Commission Issues Nayab Subba First Phase Results and Other Notices
The Public Service Commission, Information and Publication Section, Central Office, Kamalpokhari, has published the first phase written examination results for the post of Rajpatra Anankit First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or equivalent. Candidates have been selected for the second phase examination from the examination conducted on 2082/1/20.
According to the Commission, the examinations of some candidates have been cancelled because they did not mention the “key” in their answer sheets. Candidates selected for the second phase will be allowed to appear only at the examination centers designated by the concerned Commission offices, using the same admission card with which they appeared in the first phase examination.

Decision to Include Candidate in Interview
The Interview and Recommendation Section has stated through Notice No. 2278/082-83, dated 2083/2/7, that a decision has been made to include candidate Yogesh Prasad Bhatta in the interview for the post of Public Health Administrator, Nepal Health Service, Health Inspection Group, Ninth Level.
The notice states that a decision had been made to cancel the application and examination of candidate Bhatta under Advertisement No. 17339/082-83 (Internal Competition) and remove his name from the list published for interview. After the Supreme Court issued a short-term interim order on 2083/02/06 in Writ No. 082-WO-1333, a decision was made at the level of the Commission Chairperson on 2083/02/07 to include him in the interview.
Name Removed From Merit Order List
According to Notice No. 2235/082-83, dated 2083/2/5, the Commission has removed the name of candidate Indira Yadav from the merit order list for the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent, Nepal Justice Service, Law Group, Rajpatra First Class, under Advertisement No. 16657/082-83 (Madhesi).
After receiving information that a joint bench of the Supreme Court had dismissed Writ No. 082-WO-0382 (082-FN-0566) and other writ petitions, the Commission stated that candidate Yadav’s experience did not appear to match the relevant provisions of the Public Service Commission (Work Operation) Directives, 2079.
The Commission has stated that, pursuant to Section 38, Sub-section (3) of the Public Service Commission Act, 2079, it decided to cancel her application, written examination result, case presentation, and interview, and to remove her name from the list.
Candidate’s Examination Cancelled and Action Taken
The Examination Operation Section has stated through Notice No. 2204/082-83 that the examination of candidate Yograj Giri has been cancelled and action has been taken against him for irregularities in the written examination for the post of Deputy Secretary or equivalent.
The notice states that candidate Giri, under Advertisement No. 16664-16671/082-83 (Internal), participated in the examination at the Public Service Commission’s Anamnagar examination center after having previously written notes related to the examination subject matter on the table at his seat.
The Commission stated that he was found to have committed an offense under Section 41(1) of the Public Service Commission Act, 2079. Pursuant to Section 41(2) of the same Act, the Commission decided to cancel all his examinations and bar him from participating in any examination conducted by the Commission for the next one year.
