The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, Department of Agriculture has an annual approved program to mobilize agriculture graduates in the current fiscal year 2078/07 and according to the approved "Agriculture Graduate Operational Procedure 2078", the current fiscal year 2078/79.
A total of 77 technicians who have graduated in agriculture from January to mid-July will be deployed on a contract basis in the Farm Centers under the Department of Agriculture and the Agricultural Knowledge Centers under the Province Ministries; Pursuant to point no. 7 of the “Agricultural Graduate Operational Procedure 2078”, the graduate technicians selected on the basis of qualification system from Trimuvan University (Institute of Agricultural and Animal Sciences) and Agriculture and Forest University will be given their Nepali citizenship, educational qualification certificate and recent passport size photograph. This information has been published by contacting the Department of Agriculture, Harihar Bhawan, Lalitpur within 15 (fifteen) days including 3 copies.
According to the details, 39 graduates from Tribhuvan University (Institute of Agricultural and Animal Sciences) and 38 graduates from Agriculture and Forest University, Rampur, Chitwan will be selected from among the candidates who will apply within the stipulated time.
No service agreement will be signed with the agricultural graduates who have not come in contact during that period and a contract agreement will be signed with other agricultural graduates who are in priority in the number of vacancies due to the above qualification system.
It is also advised not to contact the students studying for a postgraduate degree in agriculture (MSc Ag) and enrolling at that level this year as there will be no service contract agreement.
