One recent passport-sized photo

Medical fitness certificate (in the format prescribed by NEA Employee Service and Conditions Regulation 2075, Schedule–10)

Valid identification document (admit card, citizenship certificate, or any other valid ID)

Notarized copies of all academic qualification certificates (one copy each)

Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) card
Induction Training Schedule
Newly appointed candidates must attend the Induction Training starting from 2082/02/12 at the Training Management Department, NEA, Kharipati, Bhaktapur.
