Arrangements for Providing Certificates:
1) Candidates who have participated in the Grade Increment (Supplementary) examination of class 12 and obtained at least D grade in the theoretical examination of each subject can collect the receipt for the Transcript, Migration, Provisional and Grade Increment (TMPG) certificate only after 7 days from the date of publication of the result. A certified copy of the grade sheet/ledger for obtaining the minimum grade specified in class 11 and 12 must be attached for obtaining the educational certificate.
2) After the publication of the results, the candidates who want to re-apply the grade marks of any subject they have obtained after paying a fee of Rs. ) day (2079 Mangsir 24th, till the next day if that day is a public holiday) can apply at the relevant offices of the National Examination Board or at the National Examination Board, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
3) If any error (withheld or absent, subject difference, name, surname, registration number, etc.) is found during the publication of the examination results, to submit an application with necessary documents within 6 months from the date of publication of the results to the concerned branch offices or the National Examination Board, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. is requested.
