NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited's IPO result has been published on Wednesday. The company had issued shares to the public from 2078 Falgun 1 to 15.
As there were more applications than demand, the IPO was distributed by round-robin. Of the 2,527,101 applications for shares, 4,146 were rejected.
The lucky 77 thousand 456 people have received 10 units of shares by distributing the ballots from 25 lakh 22 thousand 955 eligible applicants. The remaining 3 units have been allotted to the three applicants for 20 units at the rate of one unit each. The remaining 24 lakh 49 thousand 6 hundred and 45 applicants have become empty-handed.
The organization had issued 828,750 IPOs at the face value of Rs 100 per share, equivalent to Rs 82.87 million. Out of which 0.5 percent of the issued capital i.e. 12,750 shares were allotted for employees and 5 percent or 41,437 shares were allotted for collective investment funds. The remaining 774,563 ordinary shares have been distributed to the general public today.
