NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has stated that the IPO issued for the public was distributed (IPO result) on the 24th Falgun 2078 (8th March 2022). Global IME Capital, the issuer and sales manager for microfinance, said it would issue an IPO on Tuesday, 9:00 AM.
NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta had issued 8 lakh 28 thousand 750 shares equal to Rs. 82.8 million. Out of this, 0.50 percent or 12,750 shares will be distributed to the employees and 5 percent or 41,437 shares reserved for the mutual investment fund, and the remaining 7,74,563 shares distributed to the general public.
According to the latest statistics, in the IPO of NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta, out of 2.6 million applicants, applications have been received for 31.13 million shares equal to 3.11 billion rupees.
As there are more applications than demand, the shares are distributed at the rate of a minimum of 10 units as per the Securities Issuance and Distribution Directive. Accordingly, only 77 thousand 456 people got shares.
After the IPO distribution of Rs. 82.87 million to the public, the paid-up capital of NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta reached Rs. 255 million.
