The Pre-diploma level educational programs conducted by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) have been approved by the Council in the academic year 2077/078 through affiliate, partnership, Technical Education in Community School (TECS) programs, and examination control offices from privately run educational institutions. Issued "Guideline 2077 on Pre-Diploma Level Entrance Examination, Scholarship Distribution and Admission 2077". And as per the information regarding filling the application form for the pre-diploma level classified (free) scholarship in the academic session 2077/078 on 2077-05-30 and 2077-06-19;
As per the results of the trainees who have filled the application form in various subjects were published on 2066-07-20, the main successful trainees should have been enrolled by 2077-08-04; The results have been published as per the details for the admission of trainees in the alternative/pass list for the vacant seats without enrollment till that date.
Successful trainees should be able to get admission in the recommended educational institution by 2077-08-22 along with their educational qualification, citizenship or birth certificate, gross certificates of the selected target group, and permission letter obtained by filling the online form.
The concerned educational institutions are requested to verify/enroll the certificates submitted by the trainees as mentioned in the guidelines and notices on the basis of this information.
Also, if the trainees are not admitted within the stipulated date and any seat is vacant, the name of the trainee who has not come for admission, permission number, target group, and vacant quota should be mentioned within 2 days after the admission deadline Besides, it is requested to be sent to Vodhartha Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
