PSC Dipayal Recommends Alternate Candidate for Kharidar Post, Kajal Chaudhary Appointed

The Public Service Commission (PSC), Dipayal Office has recommended an alternate candidate from the reserve list for the vacant post of Kharidar under the Nepal Administration Service, General Administration Group. Issuing a notice today, the Commission stated that it has decided to recommend an alternate candidate for permanent appointment to the vacant position at the District Coordination Committee Office, Mangalsen, Achham.
The vacancy arose under Advertisement No. 15709/080–81 (Adivasi Janajati) for the post of Kharidar, Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), after the previously recommended candidate moved to a higher post. As per the Commission’s decision dated 2081/11/10, candidate Kubera Chaudhary, ranked third in the merit list, had been recommended earlier. However, the District Coordination Committee Office informed the Commission that the candidate had already been recommended to a higher post and had also taken his release letter.
Following a request from the District Coordination Committee, Achham through a letter dated 2082/10/06 (Ref. No. 119), the Commission took a new decision to recommend an alternate candidate for the vacant post. In accordance with Rule 46, Sub-rule 1 (gha) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079, the name of Kubera Chaudhary has been removed from the merit list, and Kajal Chaudhary, who was listed in the alternate list under the same group, has been recommended for permanent appointment.
