Rastra Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is scheduled to publish the result of the IPO on 12th Falgun 2078 (24th February 2022). NIBL Ace Capital, the issue and sale manager of Rastra Utthan Laghubitta, has stated that the shares will be distributed after 3 pm, 24th February 2022 (Thursday).
Rastra Utthan Laghubitta had issued 850,000 shares equal to Rs 85 million, which is 32.69 percent of the issued capital of Rs 260 million.
Out of this, 0.5 percent or 13,000 shares will be reserved for the employees and 5 percent or 42,500 shares will be reserved for the mutual investment fund and the remaining 7,94,500 shares will be distributed to the public.
According to the latest statistics, in the IPO of Rastra Utthan Laghubitta, 26 lakh 26 thousand 90 applicants have applied for 34 million 31 thousand 370 shares equal to 3 billion 4 million 31 million 37 thousand rupees.
As more applications have been received than the demand, the shares will be distributed at the rate of at least 10 units as per the Securities Issuance and Distribution Directive. Accordingly, only 79,450 lucky applicants will get shares.
At present, the paid-up capital of Rastra Utthan Laghubitta is Rs. 175 million. After the IPO allotment, the paid-up capital of microfinance will reach 260 million.
