Ruru Hydropower IPO Result Published:
Ruru Hydropower Project (Ru Ru Jalabidhyut Pariyojana) Limited Initial Public Offering (IPO) result published on Baishakh 3, 2078, Friday (2021 April 16), 8: 30 AM. According to CDSC, 16,69,019 applicants applied for 2,33,90,090 units of share. It's 61.68 times oversubscribed the company's IPO. Total 37916 applicants awarded shares (37909 applicants awarded 10 units of shares each and the remaining 7applicants awarded 11 units of shares). The general IPO issued from 20th to 24th Chaitra 2077.
The Ruru Jalabidhyut issued the IPO to the Public by adding a premium price to the face value of Rs 20 per share to the face value of Rs 100 per share. Applications made to apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of all units in the IPO of Ruru Hydropower.
A total of 4,07,706 IPO Units issued. Out of this, 8,154 Units employees and 20,385 Units for mutual funds have been allotted. The general public applied for the remaining 379,167 Units.
ICRA Nepal has assigned a grading of [ICRANP] IPO Grade 3, indicating average fundamentals to issue IPO. This indicates that it is moderately safe to meet financial obligations on time.
The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 326.164 million and after the sale of the IPO to the locals and the general public, the paid-up capital of the company reached Rs. 407.7 million.
