Government of Nepal, Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Culture Division, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu: Since the Gopal Prasad Rimal National Award for the current Fiscal Year 2078/79 will be awarded to a total of 2 (two) persons who have contributed in the following thematic fields; Within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of the notice for selection of the name of the person, the subject area of the creator has been specified and the person or organization eligible for the award can apply with the required details and documents to be received at the Culture Division of this Ministry or Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi.

1) Prize subject area
A) Poetry: Sfut Kavita and Prabandha Kavya as well as long poems, lyric poems, songs, ghazals etc. Rhymed and verse-free verse composition.
B) Drama: Literary works related to drama, short drama genre.
Details and documents to be attached while applying or recommending
A) Details of person or organization: name, contact address, e-mail, phone / mobile no.
B) Details of published masterpieces (including works as far as possible)
E) Publication of other materials, including documents.
Note: Recommendations or returns received for the award will be limited to the information of the selection committee.
Apart from the recommendation or statement, the award selection committee may also evaluate on the basis of contribution.
