Govt Notice to Apply for BSc Agriculture Scholarship:

Urgent Notice regarding Application Call for those who want to study on BSc Agriculture subject on scholarship.
According to the letter received from the Technical Education Branch of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, it has been written to the Government of Nepal to nominate and send 15 students for the year 2076/07 to study undergraduate BSc Agriculture in the following colleges; As the qualification order has to be maintained as per the scholarship regulations 2060, applications have been invited from interested Nepali citizens who have fulfilled the following qualifications.
1) Minimum qualification required for application
A) Must have passed the entrance examination conducted by Tribhuvan University in 2076 BS.

2) Application Deadline:
From 26th Bhadra 2077 to 1st Ashoj 2077, the application can be sent by attaching the required documents to the email [email protected] of the Scholarship Branch, Keshar Mahal, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. The application form is attached herewith.
3) Revenue related arrangements:
Applicants should send the amount of Rs.1000 (one thousand) to the Rastriya Banijya Bank counter along with the application in the office code No. 350003501 and the revenue title No. 14229 along with the scan of the voucher.
4) Documents to be scanned and attached with the application:
- Completed application form
- Revenue submitted voucher
- Citizenship certificate
- Rank / Merit, Roll No. of Entrance Examination conducted by Tribhuvan University, Subject.
- Transcript and character certificate of educational qualification passed 10 + 2 or certificate level or equivalent.
- If the board has obtained educational qualification is from outside Nepal, a transcript or market sheet issued by the concerned board of all or any level along with pass verification certificate/degree provisional certificate/migration along with the scan copy of the percentage opening letter from the curriculum development center should be attached.
- If the name, surname, and date of birth are different in the certificate of citizenship and educational qualification, including the scanned copy of the recommendation letter of the concerned district administration office.
B Community School Group Reservation Group:
Recommendation of deprivation. Since only the candidates who can submit all the three proofs including government school recommendation and reserved group proof belong to the community school group, the candidate who wants to apply in such a group has to attach these three documents with the application. In addition to the documents specified for the general group, the following documents should also be attached.
1) Recommendation letter issued by the concerned local body or education coordination unit stating that the school which has passed SLC / SEE is a community government.
2) Recommendation letter of deprivation issued by the concerned village municipality or municipality in the format as per schedule 1 of the Open Scholarship Rules, 2060, from 2077-05-26 to the last date of filing the application form, 2077-06-01.
3) Letter of recommendation provided by the following body to prove that he/she belongs to the community concerned.
- Recommendation of the Janajati: From the Adivasi Janajati Utthan Rashtiya Pratisthan or from the concerned District Administration Office or the concerned local body.
- Recommendation of Madhesi: From District Administration Office or concerned local body
- Dalit's recommendation: Identity card issued by the District Administration Office or the concerned local body or the concerned official body
C) Reservation group towards other schools:
Candidates who submit an application to this group should enclose with the application the original specified documents for the general group as well as the original copy of the letter of recommendation of the body specified in item no. 3 above to prove that they belong to the community concerned.
5. Qualifications:
The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology will maintain the qualification of general and reservation group as per the rules on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance examination conducted by the concerned study institute or faculty and the Rank / Merit and reservation-related paper proof.
6. Poverty Recommendation:
Candidates who are eligible to apply from the community school group to the reservation group must submit a scan of the original copy of the Poverty Recommendation in the following format. Recommendation date 2076 BS Bhadra 26th Ashoj 1 last date to fill the application form 2077 Ashoj 1, the village where the person resides. Otherwise, the application will be rejected on the reservation side and will be maintained only on the general side.
7. Opportunity for other school groups:
The first priority will be given to the candidates who have passed the entrance examination from the community school in the reserved place and submitted the above-mentioned documents. Only in the absence of any candidate in the community group, reserved seats will be provided to the persons of the same community who have passed the entrance examination from other schools within Nepal. In case of non-availability, the reserved seats will be converted into ordinary groups and distributed as per the scholarship regulations.
Documents No. 1 and 2 mentioned above will be required for the community school women's group If no mark is given to the group in the application, it will be automatically understood to be given for the general group.
P.S .: If there is any problem in the process of dying the form, information can be obtained by calling the Mar branch at 44148169. Due to the outbreak of Covid-19, the candidate who sent the application by email should call the branch within one hour of sending the application and make sure that the application is received. And for this the application has to be sent to the office in time otherwise the claim made later will not be accepted.
