Notice Regarding Submission of Details for Nick Simons Award Selection

Health workers who have been working in rural health institutions for a minimum of 5 years are informed through this notice to submit the following details for the selection of the Nick Simons Award by 16 Poush 2082.

The organization, while recommending the health worker, must mention the following activities in bullet points:

1. Activities carried out to improve the quality of services.

2. Activities undertaken for infrastructure development of the organization.

3. Other social activities or collaborative works done with stakeholders for development.

4. Activities carried out to support community health services.

5. Works done to improve overall health services.

Points to Consider While Sending Recommendations

• The recommendation must be typed in Word, formatted in A4 size with 1-inch margin on all sides (top, bottom, left, right), and kept in single line spacing.

• If handwritten, it must be clear and easily understandable.

• A maximum of four photos must be attached with captions.

• The official letter of the organization must be attached with the recommendation.
