Founding Contributions

The establishment and growth of Shanti Namuna Secondary School were supported by local donors, social workers, and education-minded community members. Sardar Pandit late Rammani Aadi donated 32 Bigaha of land, Swayami Dayananda Giri donated 6 Bigaha, and late Krishna Kumari Brahamini, locally recognized as Kashi Basi Bajai, donated 5 Bigaha.

The school also recognizes the support of late Krishna Hari Dhital, late Prem Mani Aadi, Mr. Kaladhar Gautam, and Mr. Prem Nidhi Nepal in its establishment, continuity, and development.

Former principals also played important roles in the school’s institutional growth. Late Mr. Jagdish Prasad Upadhayaya served from 2026 BS to 2055 BS, Mr. Krishna Prasad Gautam served from 2055 BS to 2060 BS, and late Mr. Dilip Singh Thapa served from 2060 BS to 2067 BS. Mr. Ghanshyam Gyawali led the school from 2067 BS to 2073 BS. Mr. Kul Prasad Lamichhane has served as principal from 2073 BS onward.
