CG Net Started Fastest and Cheapest Internet Services in Nepal: Chaudhary Group (CG) has started internet service from Monday. Nirvana Chaudhary said that CG Net has started high-speed internet service from Tuesday. "Since Monday, CG has brought high-speed internet at a cheaper rate. This facility, which is currently only available in Kathmandu, will gradually be available in other parts of the country as well," said Chaudhary. He said that the Chaudhary Group is committed to the campaign to make Digital Nepal.
He said that 120 Mbps speed internet will be available for only Rs. 999 per month. An official of CG informed that the net will be started in Pokhara as well. ‘Initially, our service will be available in all three districts of the Kathmandu Valley. For the time being, residents of Jawalakhel, Jhamsikhel, Bhanimandal, and Ekantakuna will be available. Within 12 months, CG Net will be extended to all areas of the Kathmandu Valley. The service will be available within 6 to 24 hours of requesting to connect our service to the homes of consumers in the mentioned areas, 'said CG.
For now, the customer service centers will be at CG Digital's branches in Jawalakhel, Kumaripati, Kirtipur, Nayabazar, Min Bhawan, and Trade Tower Thapathali. The company says that along with the network expansion, customer service centers will be added in other areas of Kathmandu Valley as well.
CGNet is a nationwide Internet Service Provider (ISP) that will provide Internet services for both business and individuals. The company says it will launch IPTV and other popular services in the near future.
CG Net has used the latest generation of technology available in the global market to address the growing use and demand for video, OTT platforms, work from home, online classes.
Internet with 120 Mbps speed is priced at Rs 999 for one month, Rs 2,997 for two months, Rs 5,994 for six months, and Rs 11,988 for 12 months.
For this, the installation fees and drop wire fees are provided free of cost. In addition, for a single router, a one-month package is Rs 2,500, a three-month package is Rs 2,000, a six-month package is Rs 1,500 and a one-year package is free.
Similarly, those who have a double router will get Rs 3,500 for a one-month package, Rs 3,000 for a three-month package, Rs 2,500 for a six-month package, and free for a one-year package. Also, Rs 500 has to be paid as a refundable deposit.
