Internet Speed up 20x in US and South Korea

South Korea and the United States started the world's first commercial 5-G service. In South Korea, these services have started in some of the two mobile service providers and parts of two cities, including Chicago, USA.

Starting with this service, it has been informed that this will significantly increase the capabilities of those who use smartphones. South Korean company Samsung has said that the Galaxy S105G smartphone will be 20 times faster than the current phone, whose sale will begin on Friday.

At the moment, many countries are competing to build a 5G network, which will be very important for future technology. This will prove useful in the case of a non-driverless car.

What is 5G?

5G is the fifth generation of mobile internet connectivity technology. This will give users good data speed and time will take less time.

This promise of comprehensive coverage and a stable network also promises. Television and entertainment analyst at Owam said that going from today's 4G to 5G will be important.

He said that 1G network enabled voice, 2G has given the text, 3G has enabled photographs and 4G video dissemination. He says, "We are hoping that from 4G to 5G will be such a leap which has never happened before."

And the first advantage of this leap will be to transfer huge data across the network. 5G will mean more and more devices can be added to the network with improved speed.

Nikhil Batra, senior research manager at Technology Consultancy IDC Asia Pacific, says that the speed of 5G will be 10 times the current 4G. Although Samsung says that their 5G phone will be 20 times the speed.

What are the benefits of 5G?

Initially, 5G will enable high-quality broadcasts and prove to be a great experience for viewers interested in live sports and cloud gaming.

Owm's Barton says that the 5G mapping apps and shopping experience will be much better. It will also be very important for cars without a driver. Apart from this, this role will play a role in improving surgery and holographic video calls far away.

Where is it available?

There are 5G trials all over the world but its commercial use has started now. This week, three top mobile service providers of South Korea have started the 5G service.

While this week, America's Telco Verizon has also started the service in two cities. DJ Koh, president of Samsung Electronics's IT and Mobile Communication, said that a new era has started where incredible speed and 5G connective reality will be.

What are the concerns about security?

Security has been a big concern in the 5G infrastructure, in which the name of China's leading telecom company Khwave also comes. Khwave is the largest company in the world making telecom equipment. This company has had to face the criticisms of foreign governments because its technique can be used for espionage.

USA, Australia and New Zealand have banned local companies for the use of Khway's devices for 5G. Theoretically, control over critical technology for sensitive media means that operators such as Khwaves can gain the ability to intercept intelligence or communication media. Since the problem gets bigger than connecting to the Internet from automatic trains to home appliances.
