TikTok and Other 58 App Banned in India:

TikTok app developed by a Chinese company has been banned in India. As many as 58 other apps have been banned in India along with Tiktak after the border dispute between India and China turned violent. Most of them are Chinese.

The ticket is developed by Chinese company ByteDance. Tiktak, which is made by making short videos, has become very popular among the younger generation lately. The company has denied any involvement with the Chinese government.

The Indian government has recently shut down the app. In addition, 58 apps have been closed. There are also Alibaba's UC Browser and Tencent's WeChat. The Ministry of Information and Technology of the Government of India has stated that such apps have been shut down citing security reasons. Less than a month after the Ladakh clashes, the Indian government imposed a ban on Chinese companies' products.

Earlier this month, 20 Indian soldiers were killed in clashes between Indian and Chinese forces in the Galwan area of ​​Ladakh. As a result, there have been anti-China protests in India. The popular app Tiktak has 200 million users.
