You Can Live for Four Hours from Instagram:

Instagram has introduced three new features to attract more and more users to the live stream. The social media platform has increased its Live Video limit, where earlier you used to live only for 1 hour, while now you can live for 4 hours. Apart from this, the new Live Archive option has been added, which saves all your live videos for up to 30 days. The archive can only be accessed by you, apart from this you can also download live videos and upload them to IGTV.

The new features have been announced through Twitter, with the biggest feature being the increase in the limit of Live Video. Earlier, only one hour of the live sessions could be done through Instagram, but now it has been increased to four hours. This means that users who preferred to live or eat live on Insta or take live classes, would no longer need to restart live after an hour. In addition to this, Instagram has also introduced the Live Archives feature, where all your live videos will be saved. Until now, Instagram used to only archive your Instagram stores and posts, but nowhere you will be saved on the live sessions.

The live archive option will exist exactly where your stores and post archives used to be. However, this live session will only be available for 30 days. To find this new option, you have to click on the Hamburger menu which is located at the top right corner of your profile. Here you have to tap on the Archive option and select 'Live Archive'. You can also download the live video found in the archive and you can also re-upload it to your IGTV video.

Photos can be shared live on Instagram for four hours from now. The company has announced that it will be able to live up to four hours from now, previously, only one hour was allowed to live (Instagram). The added service will be available to all Instagram users from anywhere in the world.

The new system is expected to benefit especially those who want to make live videos of yoga and song-music, artists, and those involved in cooking. Apart from that, the company officials have expressed confidence that it will be useful for those who are working on making long videos or want to broadcast them. "Your video can be kept in the archive, it only lasts for thirty days, only you can watch it while it is in the archive," said a statement released by Instagram.

The video in the archive can be downloaded and stored on your device. Instagram has said that this feature has not been implemented yet and will be implemented soon.
