Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have passed the Lab Assistant course from a recognized educational institution of the Government of Nepal and registered with the concerned council.
- Candidates should have completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age and in the case of disabled and women should not exceed 40 years of age.
- Must be disqualified from other prevailing laws.

- Certified copy of Nepali citizenship.
- Certified copy of all educational qualifications 1/1 copy.
- Certified copy of experience and training.
- Certified copy of the certificate registered with the concerned council.
- Personal Details (CV) of the candidate.
