Qualifications:
Management Staffs: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in management, business, finance, or public administration, or any relevant field is required; At least ten (10) years of experience in the financial, administrative, and operational management of multimillion-dollar international donor activities in Nepal; Strong knowledge of Nepalese taxation and labor laws; Strong interpersonal and management skills; Experience working on similar ADB or other donor-funded programs; familiarity with ADB regulations and policies preferred; Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Engineers: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in the relevant field of engineering is required; At least ten (10) years of experience working on similar ADB or other donor-funded programs; familiarity with ADB regulations and policies preferred.
