ChildFund Japan is an international non-profit development organization which has a legal entity in Nepal and has been working for children in partnership with local NGOs. CFJ has been implementing its programs in different districts of Nepal since 2006.
POSITION: PROGRAM DIRECTOR (1)
The Program Director will have overall responsibility for leadership and management of all program activities. Provide leadership to ChildFund Nepal Office the technical program, to ensure the quality of program design, inclusive of performance and oversight of all aspects of program implementation. Provide technical guidance to program team for program quality and accountability. Develop and maintain an efficient, cohesive team while ensuring effective coordination and relationship with other agencies officials, and partners.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Master's degree in Development Studies or in a similar related field.
- At least 8 years of development work experience (preferably some years in the education and child protection sector) in international development programming in a multi-cultural environment, four years of which in a leadership capacity.
