Government of Nepal, Ministry of Health and Population, Dadeldhura Hospital, Dadeldhura, Notice Regarding Staff Requirements.

For Dadeldhura Hospital, Dadeldhura, in order to strengthen services as per the annual programme and authority received from the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Health and Population for the current fiscal year 2082/83, it has become necessary to recruit employees on a service contract in the positions mentioned below.

Therefore, this notice has been published to inform all concerned that interested Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications set out in the schedule are requested to submit their applications in the prescribed application form of Dadeldhura Hospital within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Application Documents and Conditions

1. Required Documents: Copies of the Nepali citizenship certificate, the certificate of registration and renewal in the concerned council, and the certificates of minimum educational qualifications must be self-attested by the candidate and submitted along with the application form.

2. Age Limit: For officer level (Advertisement No. 08 and 09), the candidate must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 45 years of age. For other positions, the candidate must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 45 years of age as on the last date for submitting the application.

3. Application Form: The application form can be downloaded from the hospital website (www.dadeldhurahospital.gov.np).

4. Application Fee: For officer level (Advertisement No. 08 and 09), the fee is Rs. 1000/-, and for other positions the fee is Rs. 600/-. The original voucher of the amount deposited in the name of Dadeldhura Hospital at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Dadeldhura, in Revenue Head No. (14224), Office Code No. (370007501), must be submitted.

5. Method of Submitting Application: The application must be registered at the Employee Administration Section of the hospital.

6. Last Date for Submitting Application: Up to 2082 Mangsir 29 (if the last day falls on a public holiday, up to the next day).

7. Type of Examination: Interview.

8. Salary Scale: As per the prevailing rules of the Government of Nepal.
