Deva Bikas Bank Ltd., a National level "B" Class Financial Institution is currently looking for qualified, dynamic, result oriented, self-motivated and passionate candidates to join us in the following position.
Position: Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO)
Employment Status: Contract Basis
Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Management/ Banking/ Finance/ Economics/ Commerce /Accounts/ Statistics/ Business Administration/ Law
Experience:
- At least 15 years’ experience in Bank & Financial Institution of which minimum of 10 years must be at Manager Level having headed multiple functions/ divisions/ Business verticals.
Responsibilities:
- The Deputy Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible for the overall Leadership and Management of the Bank under oversight and guidance of the CEO.
- He/ She should be of outstanding competence and should be able to lead and motivate people towards the effective achievement of the Vision, Mission and Annual Goals of the Bank.
- Draft proposals, business plans, strategic documents, products and policy papers, and shall perform administrative affairs as designated for the growth and development of the Bank.
Salary/ Facilities: Negotiable.
Candidates must:
- Be a Nepali Citizen.
- Be eligible to be appointed as the DCEO of a Development Bank as per prevailing laws and Regulations;
- Possess proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals.
- Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizing, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Possess extensive knowledge of domestic as well as international banking regulations and best practices.
