Sudurpashchim Province Government, Ministry of Social Development, Health Directorate, District Hospital Bajhang, Notice Regarding Employee Recruitment.

District Hospital Bajhang announces the need to fill the following positions under consultancy and contract services for the fiscal year 2082/083. Therefore, eligible Nepali citizens meeting the prescribed qualifications are invited to submit their applications in the specified format within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice. Applications can be submitted directly to the hospital or by email as instructed below.

Details

Application Deadline and Submission: The application form can be downloaded from the Public Service Commission’s website. Applicants must fill out the prescribed form and submit it to the hospital or via email at dh.bajhang@gmail.com by 2082/07/28 within office hours (or the next working day if the date falls on a public holiday).
Age Limit: For fifth-level positions, applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years (40 years for female candidates) by the deadline date.
Type of Examination:
- For Advertisement Nos. 01, 02, and 03: Interview.
- For other positions: Written and interview.
  (Original academic certificates must be presented during the interview.)
Date of Examination: The date will be announced the day after the final application submission date.
Payment Method: The application fee should be deposited into the Rastriya Banijya Bank, Account No. 41109020202060000, Office Code 350020027, Revenue Code 14229, or paid in cash at the hospital’s billing counter. The original voucher or receipt must be submitted with the application form.
Documents to Attach with Application:
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate
- Two passport-size photographs
- Academic certificates (from SLC/SEE up to the minimum required qualification)
- Equivalence or affiliation certificate for foreign qualifications
- Valid professional council registration certificate
Service Facilities: As determined by the Hospital Management Committee through mutual agreement.
Service Duration: Six (6) months. The contract may be extended based on satisfactory performance.
Other Conditions: Matters mentioned in this notice shall be followed accordingly, while issues not specified herein will be governed by prevailing laws and regulations.
