| Position | Qualification & Experience |
| KG Teacher -2 | Minimum Bachelor's Degree with required experience and training |
| KG School Incharge -1 | Bachelor's Degree (preferred Master's Degree) with required training and 3 years experience in managerial positions |
| Administrative Officer -1 | MBA Degree with 3 years of experience in school management/ office management. |
| Receptionist -1 | Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in a related field |
| Driver -1 | Bachelor's Degree, Driving License & N4 level Japanese Language Certificate |
(Need to submit N4 or N5 Japanese language test certificate before joining the job) and excellent English Language Skills for all posts except Driver.
