Vacancy Notice for General Manager at Herbs Production and Processing Company
The Ministry of Forests and Environment, Government of Nepal, has announced the vacancy for the post of General Manager at the Herbs Production and Processing Company Limited under the Ministry. The vacant position will be filled through an open competitive process.
Interested Nepali citizens meeting the required qualifications and experience are invited to submit a confidential application to the Administration Section of the Ministry at Singha Durbar, Kathmandu within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of first publication of this notice (or the next day if the last day falls on a public holiday). Applications received late or incomplete will not be considered.
1) Qualification and Experience

Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Natural Resource Management, Agricultural Science, Sociology, Management, Botany, or Economics from a recognized university.

Must have at least ten years of experience in the related field.

Must have completed 30 years of age.
2) Application Submission and Selection Process

Applications must be submitted along with the required documents as per Section 3 of the Procedures for the Appointment and Nomination of Office Bearers, Chief Executives, and Members of Public Bodies under the Ministry of Forests and Environment, 2075. The prescribed application form is available on the Ministry’s website: www.mofe.gov.np.

Candidates must attend the interview with all their original certificates.

Candidates must submit a sealed professional business plan for the operation of Herbs Production and Processing Company Limited, not exceeding 15 pages (in both hard and soft copies). The plan should also include strategic proposals for company expansion (Upscaling).
