Since the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer vacant in this organization will be filled through open competitive competition; This notification has been published for the information of all interested Nepali citizens who have obtained the following minimum educational qualifications and experience to apply at the head office, Butwal or branch office, Budhanilkanth, Kathmandu within office hours on 2079-10-02.
Positions: Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO)
Number of Posts: 2 (Two)
1) Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience:
(a) At least Bachelor's degree in Chartered Accountancy or Management, Monetary, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Law from a recognized educational institution.
b) Having at least 5 years of working experience at the authorized level or above in the Government of Nepal or any bank and financial institution.
(c) The age limit should be 35 years and not exceeding 55 years by the last date of application.
2) Documents and details to be submitted with the application:
(a) Detailed personal details (Biodata) including educational qualification, experience, and contact address (email, telephone, mobile number).
(b) Self-attested copies of Nepali citizenship certificate and all educational qualification certificates and experience.
(c) Candidates should submit an article not exceeding 4,000 (four thousand) words with their application on "The current situation of microfinance in Nepal, the challenges and the future course of action of Rural Development Microfinance Financial Institution Limited" in a sealed envelope.
(d) Copy of the equivalent recognition certificate of Tribhuvan University in case of educational qualification obtained from foreign educational institutions.
(e) Self-declaration form should be submitted along with the application.
(f) Application fee Rs. 2,000 (Aksharepi two thousand only) to Citizens Bank International Limited, branch office Butwal, to the account no.
3) Selection Process:
(a) Short list of candidates will be selected for presentation and interview based on the candidate's educational qualification, work experience, and evaluation of submitted articles.
(b) Candidates participating in the interview should be present along with their educational qualification, experience, certificate of Nepali citizenship, and other documents submitted along with the application. Also, based on the article submitted with the application, a presentation of about 30 minutes will have to be made.
4) Remuneration:
Based on the conditions mentioned in the contract, the deputy chief executive officer will be paid a monthly salary and allowance of Rs 93,100 (literally ninety-three thousand one hundred only) and other facilities will be as mentioned in the contract.
