I) DCEO

Requirements:

- Master's Degree in Management/Economics/Insurance/Finance/Account/ Commerce or Chartered Accountancy with Bachelor's Degree.

- Work experience in a senior manager or above level for at least 5 years in a similar Industry or 8 years in the Banking and Financial sector with a minimum of 1-year experience in the Insurance Sector is preferred.

2) DGM/AGM (Few)

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Management/Economics/Insurance/Finance/ Account/ Commerce or Chartered Accountancy with Bachelor's Degree.

- Minimum Experience of 5 years in a related industry

3) Managerial Level -Marketing, Claims, and all department (Few)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or equivalent

- Minimum Experience of 5 years in a related field preferably in non-life insurance

4) Officer Level — Marketing, Claims, and all department (Few)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or equivalent

- Minimum Experience of 3 years in a related field preferably in non-life insurance

5) Assistant level — Marketing, Claims, and all department (Few)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or equivalent

- Minimum Experience of 1 year in a related field preferably in non-

life insurance

6) Engineer/Overseer (Few)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Automobile/ Mechanical / Civil Engineering for Engineer and intermediate level for Overseer - Priority to those having prior work experience in insurance

7) Health Assistant [HA] - (Few)

Requirements:

- Completion of Health Assistant from the recognized University

- Prior work experience would be an added advantage.
