Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBSL), Ward No. 2, Kaligandaki Chowk,, Gaindakot Municipality, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East), Licensed as a ‘D’ Class Financial Institution by Nepal Rastra Bank.

Infinity Laghubitta has expanded microfinance services through 26 branch offices in 48 districts of Nepal within a short period. The institution invites applications from qualified and interested Nepali citizens for the following positions for its central office. Minimum Qualifications:

• For Senior Officer: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of work experience in banks or financial institutions, or Master’s degree with at least 1 year of officer-level experience in banks or financial institutions

• For Officer: Chartered Accountant (CA), or Bachelor’s in Law with Advocate’s license, or 10+2 or equivalent with 9 years of experience in banks or financial institutions

• Preference will be given to those with experience in legal consultancy

Age Limit

• Officer Level: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years

• Assistant Level: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years

• For women, the upper age limit is extended by 5 years

Nature of Work

• Officer-level staff will work at the central office in legal consultation roles.

• Junior Officers and Assistant-level staff will work in branch operations across the remote hill and Terai areas.

• Responsibilities include group mobilization, loan disbursement and recovery, savings collection, loan analysis, field inspection, and repayment documentation.

• Appointments will be made with a probation period as per institutional policy.
