Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, licensed as ‘D’ class by Nepal Rastra Bank, is in need of qualified staff for the post mentioned in the details while expanding additional branch offices; Applications are invited from willing, enthusiastic, militant, and result-oriented Nepali citizens to work in the backward area's people.

Educational Qualification:
- For the post of Junior Officer, one should have passed the proficiency certificate level or similar examination and have at least 3 years of work experience in the post of Senior Assistant in Banks and Financial Institutions or at least 2 years in the post of Supervisor. Special priority will be given to those who have worked as branch managers.
- For the post of Senior Assistant, one should have passed SLC or similar examination and have worked for at least 2 years in the post of Assistant in Banks and Financial Institutions or at least 3 years in the post of Junior Assistant. Special priority will be given to those who have worked as branch managers.
- Management trainees must have passed a bachelor's or similar exam. Management trainees who have satisfactorily crossed the 6-month training period may be appointed to the post of Senior Assistant on a probationary basis on the basis of the evaluation of work. However, if the training does not work satisfactorily during the training period, the financial institution will not be obliged to enter into an employment agreement with itself.
- For Assistant Trainee, must have passed SLC or similar examination. Auxiliary trainees who have satisfactorily passed the 6-month training period may be appointed to the post of junior assistant on a probationary basis on the basis of the evaluation of work. However, if the training does not work satisfactorily during the training period, the financial institution will not be obliged to enter into an employment agreement with itself.
Additional Information:
Age: 21 years and not exceeding 40 years till the last date for application for Officer Level; And must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years by the last date to apply for the Assistant Level. In the case of women, the age limit will be five years more than the mentioned age.
Special Preference: Special priority will be given to those who have a two-wheeler license.
Type of Exam: Interview
Selection Method: A shortlist will be prepared from the applications received within the stipulated time and the shortlisted candidates will be informed of the interview by phone or email. The selected candidates can be assigned to any office of the organization.
The organization will have the right to suspend and cancel the program related to the advertisement of staff requirements. No action will be taken on the application which has not been received and expired.
